Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what RIG Kidz Academy collects when you use this website and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to schedule your tour, improve this page, and measure our advertising.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the tour form: your name, phone number, an optional email, the program you're interested in, and whether you ticked either box asking us to text you or to email you news. We keep the ad or link details you arrived with (such as
gclidand campaign tags) with your request. - Analytics and advertising data through cookies and similar technology from Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads), such as which pages you view, which ad you clicked, and whether you asked for a tour or tapped to call.
- One cookie of our own, kept for up to 90 days, that remembers which ad or link brought you here, so a tour request on a later visit is credited to the right ad.
Why we use it
To contact you and schedule your tour, to respond to your questions, to see how visitors use this page so we can improve it, and to understand and improve the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Only if you tick the box for it, we also send you text messages, which may be sent with automated technology, or emails with news about the academy. Neither is a condition of booking a tour or enrolling. To stop texts, reply STOP to any of them. To stop the news emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them. Asking us for a tour on its own means we may call or email you about that tour.
Who receives it
Your tour request goes to our enrollment team through IntelliKid, the system we use to manage tour requests and follow up with families. Companies that host this site, store and email your request, and run our advertising for us (including our marketing partner) receive it only to provide those services. When you send the form, Google Ads may receive your email and phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form so we can measure which ads lead to tour requests. Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Meta receives the same visit and tour-request events and may use them to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who visited this site, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Your choices
If you visit from the United States, Google's and Meta's analytics and advertising cookies and our own ad cookie are on when you arrive; tap Decline in the cookie banner to turn them off. If you visit from anywhere else, all of them stay off until you tap Accept. Either way, Google may still receive basic visit information without cookies, such as that the page was viewed, and the ad details in the link you arrived on still go with a tour request you send. To change your choice at any time, use .
